About
At Verx, our mission is to build the infrastructure needed to bring institutional-grade solutions to individual investors at scale.
We believe that smaller LPs—especially high-net-worth individuals—deserve more than ad hoc, expensive, and inefficient processes.
While smaller secondary firms or solo GPs can profitably focus on one-off small deals, Verx is building a scalable infrastructure that enables the aggregation of hundreds of smaller LP interests into billion-dollar-plus deals that are indiscernible from institutional deals to our capital provider partners.

Focusing on the needs of smaller LPs requires us to be tech-first. Our products are designed around the needs of individuals—needs that differ meaningfully from institutions. We have found that these investors aren’t selling for liquidity. They’re stuck post-harvest, burdened by administrative complexity, delayed K-1s, and illiquid tail-end positions.

Our goal is simple: democratize access to the same tools institutions use. We are starting with individuals but see ourselves using our technology to continue democratizing access to institutional-grade solutions like NAV loans, secondary sales, and structured exits to a wide array of LP types.
Expertise
Our expertise blends deep secondary market experience with a technology-first approach to build solutions that scale. Verx was founded by a former investor at one of the largest secondaries platforms globally, where he operated out of a $ 15 B+ fund and executed a wide range of transactions—from multi-fund portfolios to structured liquidity solutions. Since then, the team has built trusted relationships with advisors and high-net-worth individuals, giving us a front-row view into the administrative and liquidity challenges smaller LPs face. Combining this insight with a product mindset, we're using technology to reengineer how secondary solutions are delivered—making them faster, more transparent, and truly scalable.
